So I just got my new i7 7700k fitted today along with my gtx 960 EVGA I got the MSI Z270 Gaming pro carbon and I have a 650 watt PSU, everything is fitted but for some reason the mystic lights that are shown on the image dont light up when I turn my PC on, I think it may be because I have not got my ram put in yet because its still in the mail, is this possibly why its not lighting my motherboard up?

Solution
If you have all installed EXCEPT for ram, fans should start, leds should light, beeper should beep error code (if you have it) and after that the system should reboot. If you got other behavior something's not right with the build.

Thanks to both of you, turns out it was the RAM, it just came in the Mail and everything works smoothly, however one last issue!
I inserted the MSI intel motherboards drivers disc, when I run it it says "Failes to load hardware monitor driver". Whats up!
Im on windows 10 64 bit
