Question Motherboard lights

What does the green and orange light mean on my motherboard? I have a Strix Z270E. I spilled water on the board, cleaned it with 99% alcohol. Every fan comes on, the rbg lights on the board comes on but it's stuck on the "american megatrends screen"

Red - cpu
Orange/Yellow - memory
White - vga
