Hello, I have an ASUS N550JK-CN166h laptop.A week ago my HDD failed as it happened before and I could only get BIOS and booted the laptop from USB if needed.
So, I bought a new harddisk and installed Fedora.However, I couldn't reset it(also powering it off and on didn't work) because I could only see a blank screen. Shutting down computer while it has blank screen and powering it on again worked.I also noticed the system time was going 3 hours back I live at a country uses +3.
I used GParted (because I also wanted to use windows) but it is my first time using it when I tried to install Fedora on a part it was whole again.I used GParted again but couldn't install Fedora cause I can't get to BIOS.
I tried to:
-Removing CMOS battery and putting it back
-Removing RAM(can't get any beep)
-Removing CD-ROM
-Removing everything except fans, CPU, GPU , RAM
What should I do if it is not my Mobo?
