Motherboard loose CMOS Data

I HAVE AN A15G-V1.0 MOTHER BOARD THAT IS LOOSING CMOS DATE AND TIME STARTING WITH THE MESSAGE "PRESS F1 OR Del TO CONTINUE". I ALLREADY CHANGE THE BATTERY AND IT CONTINUES WIUH THE LOOSE ONLY IF I UN-PLUG IT FOR SEVERAL MINUTES.
WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT?

yes of course. The trouble starts when every thing was working good. Then I change the battery (at the right possition) but the trouble was not solved

Might be a 'bad' new battery or mobo just going bad. Could try reflashing the BIOS

I can't find the bios neither the way to flash it.

Definitely sounds like a CMOS battery issue to me. Very often you buy a new battery but because it's been on the shelf or in a warehouse a long time it falls below 3 volts. I suggest you try another new battery from a different supplier.
