Motherboard makes one continuous beeping sound after cleaning

My gigabyte ex-58-ud3r motherboard makes one beeping sounds which doesn't stop until shutdown. My pc does boot up, as I am writing this on it right now.
Before boot I did a thorough cleaning of the pc and improved cable management, in this process I detached the power cables of the gpu and hdd. I also detached every SATA cable. CPU temps are normal and the cooler is running. Fans are also doing okay, and as far as I know my GPU is reaching normal clock speeds.

EDIT: All 6GB RAM is recognized

I have taken out the RAM and have put it back in, did the same for the GPU. But the beeping persists

SOLVED! I simply updated the BIOS and now the speaker has 1 short beep during startup, meaning that all is well.
