Motherboard making buzz?

i have a gigabyte x99m gaming 5 motherboard with i7 5820k stock speeds and corsair h100i cooler and i upgraded the psu and graphics to a gtx 1080 and evga 850w gb or gq gold rated and i had the noise before upgrading those as i thought they were the cause so now im left down to the mobo sounds like its coming from the chipset area of the mobo or my water cooler sounds more like towards the bottom of my mobo though do i have to get a new motherboard?

If it's working and it's not bothering you then I would leave it alone.
Just because it's making noise doesn't necessarily mean anything is getting damaged.
