I would like to know how motherboards are made, where they are made (Are they all comming from china?), how manufacturers depend on intel, nvidia, amd? What are the distribution lines?
I also heard that intel makes some non OC mobos in USA, and that they are sold to specified partners also being very expensive, so is this true?

No pc makers are using usa made boards that I know of. Taiwan makes most of the boards, and they do it better than anywhere else. The last time I saw a usa made board was at an IBM plant in austin tx where I worked 20 years ago. That was when an IBM pc was selling for $2500 or more. If you need a quality server board, I would look at tyan or supermicro.
