Motherboard Mounting Question

Hello guys.. I'm planning to buy an asrock b75 pro3-m mobo with venomrx god of wind case. I do realise that the case only supports ATX mobo form factor while the mobo is a mATX. The question is, will the mobo fit properly to the case? Thank you

Could you please explain to me why? im not that sure yet an mATX mobo is smaller than an ATX right? if so can it really be a perfect fit for the case? The venomrx site only states ATX as the supported mobo.

Why? Because a Micro ATX motherboard uses the same mounting slots, or rather only a subset of the ones you see on a full ATX motherboard.
