Motherboard MSI GD65. Graphics MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr

I'm planing on getting the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB 450$
but (and I can't remember when or where) I heard the MSI GTX 770 2GB Twin Frozr 400$ paird with the MSI gaming motherboards in some way. Like it gets a boost or somesuch. If this is completly untrue I would much rather have 3GB+ graphic card.

Not that I've ever heard of, would sound like MSI to make a claim like that....would go with the GB 4GB
