Motherboard No SOUND!?!?

I just cleaned my graphics card today and when I put it back in and booted up the system, none of my audio jacks would output any volume. It says that windows 8.1 is detecting these audio devices being plugged in, but no sound is coming out of them. I have been fiddling around with all the bios settings and having no luck. Did I fry my motherboard? Any solutions would be nice. My motherboard is the Asus P8Z77-V PRO

maybe the system reset the default audio output to HDMI, try to see if in the audio management the HDMI is the default audio output, if yes then put the speakers to default
