motherboard no video fans spinning HELP?

it doesnt give me any video. Yes i tried reseating the ram and switching modules. Yes i tried installing a gpu. Yes i tried resetting the cmos. yes i tried restarting and switching to other monitor. none of these worked.
Model is Gigabyte H81M-S2H SOCKET 1150
4gb ddr3 1600 corsair vengence lp
gtx 650 and a 420w psu, and tried a 300w psu.
None of these psu failed yet.
please help me

Need the exact CPU not just something.

It probably doesnt go because it needs a BIOS update to support whatever the CPU is

Prob is how can you tell what BIOS is on it now. If it's not written on the mobo or the box?

If this is the prob, you cant, you would have to find out, if BIOS F1 or 2 is on it now

nope not written what bios version it is.
but it does say a revision. revision 1.0

Thats the revision not the BIOS version. I have no idea how to tell what BIOS is on a Gigabyte mobo. Only ASUS mobos

i forgot to say, the cpu pins all got bent in shipping and i sold the board ages ago, thanks all for the time im never buying anything from GIGABYTE again.
