Motherboard Not ACPI compliant

Hi, so I sold my cpu and motherboard to another person, it was running Windows 10. They called me today and said the motherboard isn’t working, but the cpu is fine. The problem is that it claims that the bios in this system is not fully ACPI complaint. The person is trying it with Windows 7. Does this mean the motherboard is faulty? It was working 100% perfectly before I sold it. Should I return the money? Thanks!

No, it means they need to install the chipset drivers for the motherboard. Did they try to recycle a previous Windows install or did they apply a clean Windows install?
