Question Motherboard not booting with 3rd & 4th slot ram

Hello! Good night everybody . Here's the thing, about 2 days ago I changed my graphics card from a GTX 1050 Ti to a GTX 1060 6gb, after changing I tried to boot the PC but it didn't work, the motherboard lit a red light on the DRAM soon after I took it off all the RAM's I just put the 1st slot and it turned on, I put the 2nd slot and it turned on, but when I tried the 3rd and 4th it never booted, can anyone help me?
PC Specs:
Motherboard: Z390 MSI Gaming Plus
CPU: I7-9700K
GPU : GTX 1060 6GB
PSU : Aerocool Lux RGB 750M 80PLUS Bronze Semi Modular
RAM : 4x8gb 2666Mhz

did you try cmos reset to see if it boot on all ram .

Yes! I tried but it didn't work too.

then try the second set in first part also you could memtest all ram one at the time .

Hi , update on the situation I got it to work , I resetted the cmos again and started working kinda weird because i did once but yeah!
