Motherboard not booting

Hi all i have a gegebyte ga ep41t ud3 motherboard when i start the pc the phase lights flashes once then nothing all fans running but the cpu is still cool and ram too.i discoverd that there is a short in the pin 6 in the ram socket i cleared the short then i started the motherboard ,phese leds flashes once the cpu and ram so cold.i replaced the cpu ,ram,gpu,psu but the same thing happens no changes.please help me

How do you know the short didn't damage the MB ?

You probably can't and I would venture a guess that is the lingering issue.

Have you run Memtest on your RAM to rule that out?
