Motherboard not detecting graphics card

Okay so i go to turn on my PC and it wont post. I checked the graphics card by plugging it into another computer and it works fine. I dont have onboard graphics so i cant check device manager or anything. The only reason I say its my graphics card is because my motherboards EZ-debug display shows that its not being detected(displayed by a red light on my board). And what is even stranger is that that light shut off for a bit and the CPU light came on. Then it switched back to the gpu light when I uninstalled and reinstalled my CPU.
My specs are,
Gtx 1070
Amd ryzen 1600
Msi b350 tomohawk
Corsair 650m power supply
8gb ddr4 corsair vengance ram

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
