Question Motherboard not fried but doesnt work?

the motherboard will boot up with fans running, but the gpu will start up for a couple seconds and then turn off. Both the hdmi port on the gpu and the motherboard wont work. My keyboard and mouse wont turn on when plugged in, but for some reason my headset works and turns on. I've had this computer for around a year now, and this is the first it has happened

bronze mwe cooler master 600 watts psu, intel core i3 6100, gigabyte 1060 6gb gpu , b250m pro-vdh motherboard, 16 gigabytes Kingston ddr4 ram, and 1 terabyte hard drive

Remove the GTX 1060 and use the integrated video controller. Does this make a difference?

Also, are you overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?
