Question motherboard not making beep noise when gpu is in

recently i changed my cpu cooler and after that my gpu wont work i even used ddu but still no beeps but the onboard gpu works

Something is preventing POST.
Can we get some system specs(CPU/GPU/PSU/motherboard/Memory/etc), and what have you tried to diagnose so far?
Is the BIOS LEGACY/ or UEFI (if UEFI, have you ensured the UEFI drivers are loading in the BIOS?)
Can you complete a memtest or any other diagnostics?
Have you tried seating a different GPU?

Most importantly, were you GROUNDED when you replaced the CPU cooler, or did you do it in your room, standing on carpet and digging around in there?
