Question Motherboard not posting, breadboarded, no beeps after RAM install

As the title says, I have breadboarded the motherboard and unplugged all peripherals except for the obvious power connectors for the CPU and motherboard itself. I have left the HDMI integrated graphics plugged in so I can see if it posts or not.

When I unplug the ram I get three, long beeps. Once I plug in the RAM, then nothing.

The chasis fans as well as the CPU fans spin up, also the PSU fans.

I have tried two different PSUs, still the same thing.

What BIOS is installed?

Listen carefully to the beep codes to be sure about the pattern.

Does appear that a RAM problem exists.

Also, plug in the keyboard: determine if the presence of a keyboard changes the beep codes.

What RAM are you using? What configuration?

Did you physically install the RAM per the motherboard's User Guide/Manual. Some motherboards require that the first physically installed RAM module goes into a specific slot.

Have you tried each stick as a single stick install just to determine if any boot up is possible?

I have added the keyboard, the three beep error code is still present.

I have tried both Samsung and Kingston ram, both present the same issue of not posting. I tried clearing the CMOS.

Yes, I installed it per the MOBO manual.

I have tried putting the single stick into each slot and still nothing.
