hello, so my motherboard is not posting and i know for sure that my graphics card works perfectly. i have tried all the troubleshooting steps. I have tried reseating the cpu and graphics card and yet still it has not worked. i have also tried using a different graphics card i know that works and it will still not post at all. i have taken it out of my case and tried posting again and yet still no post. What else can i try that i havent tried from the list of troubleshooting tips already? i have also tried using vga and dvi inputs. It is for sure not a dead board so what could be the issue? This is my THIRD motherboard that i have used to test this out on and still no video output.

My Specs:
Athlon x4 860k
MSI a78m-e45 motherboard
evga geforce 560 (also tested with working nvidia gts 250)
corsair ddr3 1333mhz cmv8gx3m2a1333c9 4gb module (also tested with corsair ddr3 1600 mhz cmx4gx3m2a1600c7)
hard drive seagate barracuda 1tb
monitors tested (lg flatron, samsung tv, hp monitor) i have confirmed the board working on the hp monitor
Antec 550W psu (also tested on Antec 450W power supply)

I really need someone to help me out and i seriously have no possible way of fixing this issue

is there a way to update bios without there being any video output though?

There's no video output because your PC can't POST owing to there being an incompatible CPU installed.
Your PC won't POST until you install a CPU that's compatible with the existing BIOS version.
Do that and your PC should POST and you'll also get video output.
Then you can update the BIOS then put the the Athlon x4 860k back on the motherboard.

If you can't get hold of a compatible CPU to get your system working to make BIOS update possible, contact MSI and they may be able to perform the update for you.

what is weird is that it did post prior to me installing the board and came up with an error message on screen and now i cant get that same error message to show up its said something along the lines of "cpu or ram of this system has been changed press f2 to go into set up" or something like that
