Question Motherboard not posting (QDI KuDoz 7x/400a-6a)

Hello. I have this old motherboard and I think the problem is the AGP slot. There are 3 bulging caps and one of them is close to the AGP slot. I have two gpus: one idk if it works, the other one works for sure. The problem is that the board will spit a post code about gpu error. I have tried both and no luck. Should I recap?

Wow, that's like really old! Have you tried replacing the bulging caps on the motherboard? You might want to try the other GPU's(which are an unknown at this point of time) on a donor system that is known working?

Unfortunately, I don't have a donor system, neither someone with a computer that old.
I know that one of the GPUs is an nVidia MX440 (vdata ram chips) and what I know about the other one is that it is an ATI card with 128MB of ram.
