Motherboard not starting

Hello, I recently bought a Asus P8H67-V, and I used a metal screwdriver to start the motherboard, on the PWR SW, and it made a spark, now it does not start, there's power to the motherboard but it does not start, even using the metal screwdriver on the PWR SW pins, I took everything out of the motherboard (CPU, GPU RAM, USB cables) to see if it would start, and it did not. Is this motherboard DOA?

Cant be DOA if you did spark.
If you have a multimeter and wish to check resistances/voltages - PM.
