Question Motherboard not turning on

I have installed all my components into my motherboard but it still refuses to show any life except the red led on the gpu indicating there wasn’t pci power connected (there wasnt).
I have tested the power supply on a different system with no problems.

Spec list,

Ryzen 5 2600
Asrock b450m pro 4-f
2x4gb G.SKILL Ripjaws v C16 (checks out with motherboard QVL)
FSP Raider 550w 80+ silver
ROG Strix RX 580 TOP

Not enough power would be my first guess, unless of course you didn't make a mistake while assembling. Why don't you try outside of the case ?
