Question Motherboard not turning on

Hi there.
My PC power went out few times, then it show me "BIOS is updating. Do not shut down or reset the system to prevent system bootup failure".
It were just showing me that and keep restarting, so i turned off the pc and cleared the bios by removing battery and now it not turning on
I removed all cables and already tried another psu nothing happens
when i put 24pin power led (SP_PWR) in motherboard turns on but i cant start/post the motherboard

Spec:

1. X370f
2. Ryzen 3 2200
3. G-650w ocpt psu

And now im out of ideas. Any help would be apperciated.
