I clean my computer very well.I removed the CPU to add a thermal paste and clean the heat sink fan, after putting it all together, the computer wont boot anymore but the heat sink is spinning but no POST/BIOS.
I check it again i notice that i didn't properly set the heat sink clips i set it again. upto 3x still the no POST, so I decided to continue the maintenance the next morning.I bought a new heat sink the one with screws,but after putting it again still no POST. i don't have any idea what's wrong.
I already clean the ram also i removed my video card .I also reset the CMOS and the Jumper.still no response.
