Question Motherboard not working with 4 sticks of ram

Ok, so i have a Asrock B450 Pro4 Motherboard and i was using 2 sticks of Viper DDR4 ram and i wanted to add more so i got 2 Corsair 8gb DDR4, When i placed all of them in my motherboard and tried to start it, It would not show anything on the display and was constantly restarting the computer. I took out the Viper ram and turned it on and it worked fine. Any ideas of how to get it to work with all four?

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Other combinations you decide to make have no guarantee to be compatible together.

Populating 4 of 4 memory slots on an AM4 motherboard also causes the maximum memory clock speed to be reduced.

Workarounds to get extra memory to work include:
Lower memory clock speed
Relax DRAM timings
Increase DRAM voltage
