Motherboard only has 3 SATA slots build in the board,Need 1 + SATA

Motherboard only has 3 SATA slots build in the board. I need 1 more for a additional hard drive anyway around this without having to get a new Motherboard?

Not to answer my own question but I did find

Vantec 2-Port SATA 150 PCI Host Card with RAID, at wallmart.

I dont like the idea of using up a PCI slot and buying Computer stuff from walmart, I have like 1 or 2 spots left on my Motherboard.
Any other recommended adapters more widely used methods of adding SATA slots?
