Question Motherboard only showing half of my ram

So i just installed my aio and then i turn my pc on and looked at my temps and saw that my memory was only half so i looked in task manager and there it was it was only showing 8gb and i have 16gb. Its corsair vengeance rgb pro and the lights where still on so i tried resetting them but it didn't work but the ram works. and the lighting also works. its my first build and i dont know what to do

so if some one knows how to fix it i would be very happy

CPU COOLER: NZXT Kraken x53
GPU: TUF 3060TI
RAM: Corsair vengeance rgb pro
PSU: NZXT C750 GOLD
MOBO: Aorus b550 elite v2

could be putting on the cpu cooler too tight

i tried what you said and it didn't work
