Motherboard only using 3.3v Is that normal???

It might be a noob question but according to HWMonitring and other apps, It only shows that my motherboard is +3.3v. I'm not sure if that's ok as for 5v and 12v its appearing as 0v across the board.

The PC seems to be running perfectly and all the connectors are connected properly to the motherboard (I double checked) I was just wondering if there an underlining problem or am I ok to continue using my PC.

looks like someone needs to update the program for the newer mb and chipset that are out there. if the pc is running fine and the bios voltage reads are ok...then i would wait and keep eye out for when they update that program see if they fix there own issues.

Solution
Apparently HWmonitor isn't functional on your system. Uninstall the current HWmonitor. Download the latest version again, and then reinstall the software.

If that doesn't fix the issue, then use the motherboard manufacturer monitoring application until HWmonitor releases a version more compatible with your motherboard.
