Motherboard or cpu dead??2016

So like 5 weeks ago my pc died and i read that the problem could be the psu.I went and bought a new psu and the pc still wont boot up or anything. (nothing at all) Now here is the question,should i buy a new motherboard or buy a new cpu? i tried all the things from hearing the beeps and checking for burnt marks. I cant hear beeps cause i dont have any speakers and i havent found any burnt marks on the mobo.Sorry for bad english

Not being able to hear beeps does make things difficult. Unless you have another motherboard available in the same socket as the cpu or have a cpu available that's the same socket as the mono, or get a speaker to hear for post codes, then it's hard to say what's wrong without a guess and check.

can i see like any visual signs on the cpu that its out or something?

So what happens exactly when you turn the PC on?

Did you plug the 4 (or 8 depending on motherboard) CPU cable in when you swapped PSUs? Very common item to be overlooked.

Nothing happens,nothing at all! I think first when i tried the new psu then the motherboard did a led flick and thats it

So i bought a new motherboard and now the fans and motherboard is working ( lights up) but the cpu fans arent working and no picture is coming on pc

EDIT2:I tried to use a different cpu fan and this one is working but no picture still


EDIT3:I think the cpu is just dead cause no picture at all comes on monitor(blank screen)

CPU fan is not working, that should only be due to a motherboard (unless the fans are jammed up or got fryed)

Do you have a dedicated video card, or just using integrated graphics in CPU?
