Pc kept freezing randomly, after about a dozen freezes I finally figured out it was whenever I tapped or tilted my case. This started either just before or right after I upgraded from a 1070 to a 3080. Had the problem pretty much fixed, just reseated everything and made sure everything was tight, and the freezing stopped. Went on vacation for a week and unplugged the PC the whole time. Came back and it froze about 2 minutes into use, then it froze during windows startup. Now it won't even display and the q-code on the motherboard reads 00 which either means the motherboard failed or the CPU failed, but last time I had a CPU fail the self-diagnose on the motherboard indicated it was the CPU. This time it's not saying anything to distinguish between them.

Is there any way to tell if it's my motherboard failing or the CPU? Any advice?
