well your board supports 1333 but it has to be overclocked to see that speed. and when you put a memory in it downgrades to 1066 until you go into bios and change it to 1333.

lets reset your cmos. Unplug everything. unplug the power supply unplug the 24pin and the 4 pin and locate the cmos battery it's behind the white PCI express slot. leave the Cmos battery out for 15 mins so all the power get's drained and it reset's. then put it back in and connect everything back. Make sure your RAM's are properly placed too.

BEFORE doing what i told you. i want you to do one thing. Even if you think you have connected the Memory correct redo it. Take out the memory Put it in straight half way then click the left side in (where there is no lock) then when you are Pushing in the side where there is a lock push it in hard and fast so the Auto lock, lock's in by it's self. if you have to push up the lock then you did not do it correctly.

well that motherboard is not going to beep because it does not have a Debugger or a case speaker built in. here is a case speaker that will make the motherboard beep

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812201032&cm_re=case_speaker-_-12-201-032-_-Product. idk you buy this and try it with the case speaker installed and test it like that before RMAing the motherboard.
