So im gonna try to make this as short as possible. Today my pc whould not boot ,no post, nothing. Then i took the gpu out, nothing. I tried both of my rams in every combination possible. Nope. I tryed one ram, nothing, then i tried the other ram alone, and it started posting,1 long 2 short. For my motherboard it's no memory detected. But the stick was in. Tryed it multiple times. Then i tried the other ram,the pc started booting. I turned it off to try it again. And it didn't work. It never worked after that. Just no post,or if i use the other ram alone, it gives me the no memory detected code. My motherboard is an m4a785td v evo.
Processor: AMD Phenom II x4 955
Ram: 2 2gb sticks
Gpu: AMD Radeon 5850 hd
So do you recommend I scrape up some money and get all new parts to build a new pc or do you have advice for me on how to test individual parts are they working, i don't really have another build i choud test on , only an old motherboard from like 90's or 2000's.

Try a different power supply, it sounds weird yes, but I built my good system at Christmas, and I could not get it to post or anything, it would give me a debug LED for RAM, and when I took them out CPU and RAM, so we didn't know what to do, so we tried a different power supply and it worked fine.

One diagnoses pc hardware issues by test replacing with known good parts.
Unfortunately, most users do not have this capability unless there is a friend with a similar set of parts.

Considering how old and weak your setup is, I suggest you replace it.
$200 will buy you a superior G4600 cpu, lga1151 motherboard and 8gb of ddr4 ram.
