[SOLVED] Motherboard Orange Light but no boot ?

I have a ASUS Motherboard of H310M-E and It doesn't seem to boot. I have an Intel I3 7100 and an Intel Heatsink fan. The fan doesn't spin and my ram is installed correctly. All I get is an orange light while starting the computer. Is there anything I have to do besides getting a new CPU?

That motherboard only supports 8th and 9th gen Intel Core i processors. You won't get any success forcefully running a 6th or 7th gen processor in that board although the socket might look the same.
