motherboard overclock apu

so i have this A10-6790K
and i want to OC it from 4 to 4.7ghz
so now i have a mobo a55 chipset and this mobo cant handle the OC (as some people says it).
so i will upgrade now my motherboard what do you think is the best that can handle an overclock,,,

or

even if does not have a VRM heatsink??hehe sorry for being annoying im new to overclocking but i tried it once with an a55 chipset and i bring it back again cause some said a55 chipset mother board are bad at OC...and they said find with a vrm heatsink or a a88..so im confused about that 2..
and what do you mean by cooling???cooling in the mobo or cpu? i have a deepcool gammax s40 at this time but i will change it to maybe a deepcool assassin cooler this xmas

You are right did not notice the lack of heat sink but the 88X is the top chipset! I was just checking if you had aftermarket cooler.

yes im planning to buy a deepcool assassin this xmas,, so for you master i see you have a overclock badge , you will pick the a88 chipset???i wiil choose what you choose cause you are one of the expert here in OC'ing

Because of the lack of heatsink I would go with the other one unless you find 88X board with the VRM cooling.
