Motherboard overclock CPU?

My MB (for AMD) has a jump to set for 100 or 133 MHZ clock speed for cpu. I am putting in a 1mhz AMD Athlon. The CPU requires 100mhz. Would leaving the jumber at 133mhz (default) be ok? Would this be considered "overclocking"?
Is it safe? What would be the downside of using the 133setting on a 100mhz CPU??? I am building the whole system so adding case fans is no problem.

that is over clocking, i doubt it will run at that speed. your building a new system but your putting a 1 gig cpu in? you can get an xp 1600 for 60 bucks, i would highly recomend you get the xp rather than a duron or tbird.
