Hello,

I am new to this

I currently have a problem with my gaming computer it freezes whilst playing a game for example for a couple of minutes on half graphics which is low for a game like GTA V.

The mainboard reports the only highest temperature of 95c which is the TMPIN2 which is believed to be the NorthBridge don't understand why it's so hot when the motherboard is left with bios auto safe settings

My specs is

Gigabyte 990fx ud3 rev 1
4gb ram set to auto
Ninja Cooling heat sink
Antec 450w power supply
Gpu gtx 550 ti
Amd fx8320 3.5ghz auto

Wd 1tb black

Please help

how many case fans do you have?

your aftermarket cpu cooloer does not direct air to blow down on the motherboard at all like the oem amd heat sink does so you have to make sure there is plenty of air flow from case fans to move air over the motherboard/northbridge chip/voltage regulators heat sinks.
