Motherboard Overheating Problem

Seemingly since upgrading to windows 10, my pc has been overheating and freezing while playing games. At first I thought i was using too many mods in skyrim, but even a low graphics game like firewatch has been experiencing stuttering and freezing. After i've been playing a game for a while, sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes 2 hours, the game will freeze. The last moment of audio will repeat itself rapidly, like a machinegun, causing a terrible noise. Sometimes the pc will recover, most of the time not. Whenever this happens, i need to manually shut it down by holding the power button. Inside, the video card is hot, the heatsink is warm, but the chipset on the motherboard, oh lord it is HOT!

Essentially, i'd rather replace the parts i need to then try to fix them, but i'm not sure if I have faulty parts or if there is some other problem.

I have cleaned my pc out a second time, using canned air to spray off the components, which didn't seem particularly dusty. And I cleaned my air filters, which were pretty dusty. I have 3 case fans, stock gpu cooler, and a Cooler Master Hyper T2 heatsink. GPU drivers and os are up to date.

I got a motherboard that was probably cheaper than what I should have got, so that may be the problem. Specs are below.

If anyone can let me know what troubleshooting steps are necessary to isolate the problem, I would greatly appreciate it!

Edit: So the computer froze again, this time i restarted, i opened a single window in my browser (the page you're looking at now) and my computer froze again! Assumingly because it was still hot. I restarted again after letting it sit for one minute, and opened up the bios. My cpu temp was 50 degrees. So im thinking it's not the cpu.

It crashed again during a gamed, and i restarted and looked at the temp as quickly as i could. 56 degrees celsius on the cpu, 38 degress on the mainboard system. I'm not sure ho to check the gpu.

I used Open Hardware Monitor to monitor my hardware temp and usage periodically while playing firewatch. I saved a report when i first started, another report when it started lagging, and a third report, which I will include in spoilers below. This report was taken just a minute or two before another crash/freeze. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary to me.

Only if I'm doing it accidentally. Which seems kinda hard. I did put the thing together myself, but I did my best to follow the standard installation procedure. I know these things aren't made for overclocking, and I wouldn't try.
