The reason sleep mode was on is because I recently went to windows 10 and it was set to it automatically.

Hello. Yesterday, my computer went to sleep by itself, after waking up from sleep mode. It started overheating, right after so I turned off my computer. Today, I turned on my computer again to check on the temperatures, and it was gradually going up until it reaches 70 and then I turned off my computer. I had windows 7 32-bit and I installed Windows 10 64-bit. My motherboard was working 100% cool BEFORE sleep mode happened. Did windows change settings? I don't understand how this could have happened.

Im talking about my motherboard, and my CPU was heating up aswell.
