Motherboard: p5l vm 1394

Hi there! I have a simple question... Does this motherboard Asus p5l vm 1394 can recognize new video cards like gtx 750 ? I need a new graphics card so I'm looking right now for a gtx 750 but I'm not sure if it will work on that motherboard... I have psu of 400w. Thanks!

Though you have a pcie x16 slot, it is version 1 slot so double check with the manufacturer of the gt750 you are interested in that it will work on a pcie v1 slot.

It has PCI Express, but its probably not 2.0 so it won't be super fast. your 400w PSU could be a problem depending on the other devices.

So I'd say it would probably work, just not optimal obviously.

Yes, it should be alright. gtx750 & 750ti usually dont even need external power so you should be fine with your current PSU.
