Ok, so I built a computer about 8 months ago or something, after moving from BC to Alberta I completely disassembled my PC, and I didn't take pictures of it or anything, was a little too confident in my PC skills

Anyways I rebuilt my PC, and everything was easy to build, but now I'm stumped on the front panel wiring.

I saw another post and it said that I should remove all the panel connectors from my motherboard and touch the tops of the connectors with a screwdriver to see if it turns on otherwise it was defective, after trying to no success I touched CLRTC with my screwdriver and it turned on. I thought it might be fixed so I plugged in a monitor and nothing appeared, so I then touched the power connectors with my screwdriver and it turned off

So I was able to turn it off with the power connectors
But not able to turn it on

So I just wanna know if I might have just busted my motherboard some how

I also recorded a video because I'm really bad at explaining things at times https://youtu.be/01amCBXnrOI

Motherboard: P8Z68-M PRO

And I have read the manual and i followed what it said

Solution
If you removed the CLRTC jumper replace it. It wont turn on if it's not jumpered properly

That has nothing to do with it turning on or off. You should be shorting the pwr pins on the system panel header
