Upgrading a hp pro 3500 i get artifacts with Three different Graphics cards in games. tested with radeon rx 570 used and geforce gtx 1060 new tested a month before
without issues . also tested with geforce gtx 650 ti boost also tested a month ago in another system working.

hp pro 3500

intel xeon e3 1270 tested working in another system

2 x 4 gb samsung ddr3 ram .

400 w bequiet system Power psu. also tested with evga White 500 w working in Another system

In games textures look very blurry on distance same with all Three Graphics cards . also small artifacts in some
games.

Im starting to suspect motherboard or pcie slot. is it possible monitor can be causing this too? ram is mixed with different speed and timings
1333 mhz and 1600 mhz but from what i know that shouldnt cause issues like this?
when it comes to normal use the computer is working without issues. any ideas?

Solution
Could be the monitor going south. They can look all garbled too like when a GPU has a problem. Try it on another computer or try another monitor on yours.
