Question Motherboard peripherals

So we have tried a ton of stuff, from usbs to ps2 to trying on another pc, yet my mouse, keyboard, etc dont work and arent detected by my bios. My corsair keyboard still turns red though and even when then pc is shutdown which it didnt do that before. Before that happened I did try to grab some sata cables, but I dont think I unplugged anything since I checked if everything was still plugged. Im just wondering if it would be my psu or my motherboard that mightve fried.

-CPU: intel i7 6700k
-Motherboard: MSI Z170A PC MATE
-Ram 4x8gb 3200 ddr4 (corsair veng lpx)
-ssd kingston 120gb
-hdd 1to
-PSU: Cybertron 750W
Model: SL-X750EPS

That should be most of it, if theres anything missing just tell me.
