Question Motherboard ports aren’t working.

Just built my first gaming pc and none of my motherboard ports are working(USB,VGA,etc). My display ports works but I’m still getting no display when I use my VGA, DVI or HDMI ports. I haven’t access the BIOS menu yet either. And Yes I tried plugging them into the GPU.
Build- MSI Z370 Pro
GTX 1060ti 3GB
Intel I3-8100
G-Skill 16GB (2x8) 320MHz

recheck all wiring on board and what is you psu name and model .

Did that and my PSU is a EVGA 500W.
