Motherboard POST beeping

Hi there, I posted recently about a PC I'm working on and I just cannot seem to get this right. So, I had this whole shebang up and running last night and I bring it home today to build it in another case and once it is turned on....one long, continuous, awful beep.

The motherboard is ECS brand with an American Megatrend BIOS, and I cannot find anything in the manual or online about one endless beep. I'm thinking this could be a RAM issue but I'm also tempted to just say the motherboard is done, as I got it off craigslist with the rest of the PC (minus the graphics card). Anyone well-versed in ECS motherboards or AM BIOS that could point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance

From memory one long continuous beep is a ram issue-Im sure you have tried reseating it, any chance you can try spares?

I have tried reseating it, booting with only one stick, trying only one slot at a time, switching the sticks, etc. But nothing seems to work. Unfortunately I only have these two sticks to try on hand, do you think it is a RAM problem?

what type of computer do you own? what type of windows do you have? is it windows xp,windows7, windows 10?
when looking into another brand, is AMD.

this might help if you are looking for a good BIOS, but it all depends on when it comes to what computer you own and what is it compatible with.
