Question Motherboard power but not turning on, even if bridged

So I recently built a gaming PC, though, I am having issues.

After I installed the PSU, I pressed the power button and nothing happened, keep in mind all the connectors were in the right places, I then tried to bridge the 2 pins, nothing happened.

It is an ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Motherboard.

The top left RGB turns on but that is it.



Any help appreciated!!!
