I just finished my first PC build, but it won't power on. I hooked everything up then pressed the power button on the case and nothing happened. I then tried pressing the power button on the motherboard itself and still nothing. When I press the mobo power button, I can hear a click like it's trying to do something but nothing starts up. The LED around the case's power button is not lit. But the power button and the game boost knob on the mobo are both glowing red, so it must be getting power from the PSU.

Any ideas what could be going wrong? Thanks for the help!

Here's the specs of my build:
Mobo - MSI X299 Gaming M7 ACK
CPU - i7-7740x
PSU - EVGA Supernova 850 G2
Case - NZXT S340 Elite

For graphics, I'm using MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X.
