Motherboard Power pin broke

I recently bought a used motherboard and saw that
Power pin that connects to the power button for the case was broken.
Is there anyway to boot my pc without using the power pin?
Or is there a way to replace that one missing pin??
Its an ASUS b85m-g

Somebody with soldering skills can solder new pin in. I changed many more important parts on MB using fine, low powered soldering iron.

What does that have to do with start (power) switch ??
P.S. Fan monitoring can be turned off in BIOS and is usually off by default.

hi you just bought the mobo? just rma the mobo or 1 to 1 exchange. did you keep your receipt?
