Motherboard Price/Quality Confusion !!

I want to buy Asus P8Z77-V motherboard and I'm really confused about the price and difference in each motherboard. One is http://www.dabs.com/products/asus-p8z77-v-s1155-intel-z77-ddr3-atx-80TL.html?q=ASUS%20P8Z77-V&src=16 149 pounds and the other is http://www.dabs.com/products/asus-p8z77-v-lx2-s1155-intel-z77-ddr3-atx-8BYD.html?q=ASUS%20P8Z77-V&src=16 84.40 pounds. I'm not sure what the difference is in each and what I get for the higher priced one.

The differences are:
P8Z77-V: 2 x PCIe 3.0 x16 slots (x16/x0 or x8/x8), 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 slots (max x4 electrical), CPU Power: 8+4 Phase good for better OC.
P8Z77-V LX2: 1 x PCIe 3.0 x16 slots (x16/x0 or x8/x8), 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 slots, CPU Power: 4+1 Phase
If you don't OC like crazy or not OC at all. LX2 is price right.
