Motherboard Problem (ASUS)

Hi Experts & Everyone.My friend have ASUS P5PE-VM Motherboard.He installed Windows 7 which was his biggest Mistake because Drivers are not Supported.Now when I insert Windows XP install disc It won't just boot up with it but Windows 7 boots up.
Now the Problem is that he cannot install driver in Windows 7(not Supported) OR he cannot install XP (won't boot)
Please help me in any of the two topics i.e drivers supported for Win 7 or Booting Windows XP.Please Help

restart go into bios set first boot device to were you have the windows xp installation save and restart and that should work.

I already tried that but Windows XP Installation still Stucks at the startup boot screen ,just wont display the boot message
