Motherboard Problem(Gigabyte h170m-d3h)

My components: i5 6600(nonk), 2x4gb ripjaws v 2400 mhz, seasonic m12ii 520 w, wd caviar blue 500 gb hdd
My problem: My pc turns on then shuts down 3 seconds after. Plus it turns on only when it is plugged into the wall. Using the start button or even using a jumper cable for the pwr button on the mobo doesnt work. I've eliminated the other components. Even when i unplug everything and leave the processor on there it just starts then shuts down after 3 seconds. The fans spin perfectly for that moment and the motherboard even lights up. I've tried everything i know so far. Ive tried using a different power supply and it still does the same thing. I'd be glad to have some help

Try one ram stick. And are there any beeps?

Ive tried it with one ram stick, the other and not even putting ram. The pc shuts diwn even before it beeps

I went through the whole checklist before i made this post . I'm pretty sure its a problem in the motherboard
